Daisy bush or Daisy Tree
Evergreen shrubs, mostly taller plants. Leaves are oval,commonly green above and grey below with even or spiny margins. Profuse white or yellow heads of small flowers.
Uses
Ornamental shrub suited to garden beds. Sometimes grown as an informal hedge.
Culture
Prefers full sun and fertile, well-drained soil. Tolerates coastal conditions and air pollution. Can be pruned to shape after flowering. Propagate by seed or cuttings in summer.
Propagation
Semi-hardwood cuttings. Some species may be divided. Otherwise, sow seeds in summer and keep in a cold frame.
