Winter jasmine
This rambling, deciduous, arching shrub from China has oval, dark green foliage and grows to 2m tall with a similar spread. Masses of bright yellow flowers are borne on slender, leafless, green shoots in winter and early spring.

Fully frost hardy, this plant does best in a cool or cold climate. Plant in full sun in fertile, moist but well-drained soil. Prune as required after flowering. Propagate from cuttings in summer.
