Hummock-forming annual plant ranging from 15 to 30cm high. Leaves are oval and mid-green. Fluffy, brush-like flowers of white, pink or blue appear during summer-autumn.

Uses

Flowering annual suitable for cottage gardens and as a bedding plant. Can be invasive in warm climates.

Culture

Suitable for full sun, and a temperate or warm climate. Prefers moist, well-drained soil.

Propagation

Propagate by seed.
