Short-lived, clump-forming herbaceous perennial approx 1m high by .75m wide. Leaves are heart-shaped, basal and mid-green. Flowers are blue or pale green and thistle-like, surrounded by silver bracts.
Uses
Ornamental perennial suitable for garden beds and cottage gardens.
Culture
Requires full sun and prefers a temperate climate and well-drained soil. Tolerates frost. Propagate by seed or by root cuttings in winter.
