Fast-growing, upright, branching annual plant to 60cm high by 20cm wide. The leaves are pale green and round. The flower spikes feature cup-like pale green calyces surrounding small white flowers during summer.

Uses

Flowering annual suitable for cottage gardens and as a bedding plant. Popular for both cut and dried flower arrangements.

Culture

Grow in full sun in a temperate climate. Prefers fertile and very well-drained soil. Frost resistant. Propagate by seed in spring.
